Unique pricing options for your event.
Pricing at this level includes a 15% charge for services based on your total event budget. Depending on the size and scale of your event, any commission received would be returned directly to you, the client.
For events where your budget for a planner might be limited, but you know that you will be having guests traveling from out of town for your event. A refundable deposit of 50% of the commission based on room guarantees is required at time of signing and is returned upon receipt of commission from venue.*
A scalable rate of $20 to $50 (depending on size of event) would be billed at an agreed upon schedule of hours between the client and Dash 2 Events. A 50% nonrefundable deposit would be required at the time of signing with the remainder due within 15 days of the end of your event.
As a full service provider of events we also provide our clients with the opportunity to have their own unique websites for conferences and events. Billing for website would be at a rate of $1 per event registrant or 10% of the total registration revenue of the event, whichever is greater. Travel is often required for the planning and management of events, as such, any travel that is greater than 30 road miles from the offices of Dash 2 Events would be billed to the client at a rate of $0.47 a mile. Billing for mileage would not be counted if a client has agreed to cover the cost of travel expenses where travel by air or rail would be less expensive.
Commissionable Rate – Commissionable room rates normally run higher per room than non-commissionable rates, please keep this in mind when presented with associated costs for your attendees.
